Data deletion request information under KVKK and GDPR
At Terra, we take your privacy and the security of your personal data very seriously. You have the right to request the permanent deletion of all data in your account.
How Can You Submit a Request?
To request deletion of your user data, send an email to info@terraapp.io. Please include the email address or account details you use so we can correctly identify and delete all data associated with you.
After we receive your request and complete identity verification, all of your personal data will be permanently removed from our systems within 3 (three) business days at the latest.
This process is carried out in compliance with KVKK and GDPR requirements. Once your data is deleted, it cannot be recovered; we recommend making sure this decision is final before submitting your request.
